I have been in youth ministry for about 20 years and this past year, I joined a Urban Youth Workers Cohort and was assigned an executive coach. I closed my eyes and picked from a list of coaches and I have been blessed by Phillip Carnes. He has been amazing in helping me rebuild self-confidence. He asks the right questions at the right time which help get to the core of the problem (usually me). I have learned so much about myself in the past three months and I have been blessed by the relationship that I have with Phil.
